By selecting this box, it serves as an electronic signature authorizing the release of my credit report from a credit reporting agency. It also authorizes the credit reporting agency to obtain information regarding my employment, bank accounts, and any outstanding credit accounts (i.e., mortgages, auto loans, personal loans, charge cards, credit unions, etc.).
